rdailey@gerberlawoffice.com Bobby Dailey graduated from Annville Cleona High School where he served as class president and was a member of the National Honor Society. He completed his undergraduate studies at Messiah College and graduated cum laude. Before going to law school, Bobby interned at the Lebanon County District Attorney’s office. He then attended Dickinson Law School where he graduated in the top half of his class with his juris doctorate degree. After passing the bar exam, Bobby began his career at a general practice firm in Carlisle where among other things, he served as solicitor for the Cumberland Perry County Mental Health Mental Retardation Program. Bobby practices in many areas of the law including bankruptcy, social security disability, mental health, landlord/tenant, unemployment compensation, contracts, wills, trusts and estates, divorce, custody and support, and adoptions. Bobby is a member of the Lebanon County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association and is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court, Appellate Courts and County Courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Bobby enjoys running and cycling. In 2009, he ran the Steamtown and Philadelphia marathons, Harrisburg half marathon, and the Hyner View, Tussey Mountainback, and Geisinger Humdinger trail challenges.
