dgerber@gerberlawoffice.com A life long resident of Central Pennsylvania, Daryl Gerber graduated from Annville Cleona High School in 1969. He then obtained an undergraduate degree from Millersville University in 1972, followed by a juris doctorate degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 1975. He began his practice in Palmyra, Pennsylvania shortly thereafter. Mr. Gerber is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the Courts of Common Pleas throughout Pennsylvania and the state Appellate Courts. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. His professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Gerber practices in the areas of elder law, wills and estates, personal injury law, family law, general litigation, corporations and contracts. His training as a certified title insurance agent and as a real estate broker provides him with the background to practice real estate law and title insurance. He also serves as legal counsel to the Hershey Free Church and the Central Chapter Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. On the personal side, Gerber is a member of the Hershey Free Church and is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the 4 Diamonds Fund and the Hershey - Palmyra Sertoma Club. Daryl's Sertoma activities have included service as the District Secretary Treasurer and three terms as Club President. He was also named Sertoman of the year for both the Hershey-Palmyra Area Club and the District. Daryl resides in Derry Township.
