dgerber@gerberlawoffice.com A life long resident of the Lebanon Valley, Daryl graduated from Annville Cleona High School in 1969. He then obtained an undergraduate degree from Millersville University, graduating with honors, in 1972. He pursued a legal career by enrolling at Villanova University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1975. He has been practicing law at 46 East Main Street, Palmyra, Pennsylvania ever since that time. Mr. Gerber is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as the Court of Common Pleas throughout Pennsylvania and the state Appellate Courts. He is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. His professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Elder Law Section, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Daryl also serves as Chairman of the Lebanon County Elder Law Committee. Mr. Gerber practices in the areas of elder law, wills and estates, estate planning, trusts, Medicaid law, social security law, personal injury law, family law, real estate law, general litigation, corporations and contracts. His additional training includes being a Certified Title Insurance Agent and a Real Estate Broker. He also serves as legal counsel to the Hershey Free Church and the Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. On the personal side, Daryl is actively involved in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Four Diamonds Fund, has been past President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hershey-Palmyra Sertoma Club and has been named Sertoma of the Year for both the Hershey-Palmyra Area Club and the District-wide Sertoma Clubs. Daryl is a licensed private pilot and enjoys golf and skiing. Daryl resides in Palmyra. He is married to Eleanor "Kay" Wolfe and has three grown children, Erin, Kelly and Joshua and 12 grandchildren.
